Live Audio
Iโve always been drawn to live audio, and much of my audio work has focused on finding creative ways to capture the energy of a live performance on tape. I believe that live albums are works of art deserving the same care and attention as studio albums, and bring this lens to every project I work on.
Coma Cinema - The Ballad of Kipp Rusty Walker (Live). Produced, recorded, and mixed.
Snow Caps - Live at Abyssinia. Produced, recorded, and mixed.

KWUR Stack Sessions
These are the first recordings I ever made! These sessions were recorded and broadcast live on KWUR 90.3 FM, St. Louis. These were entirely DIY recordings, created with 8 inputs and 8 SM57s. The recordings are messy and unpolished, full of distortion and chaos โ but for all of their technical faults they capture a live energy that is hard to replicate in a studio environment. Several of these recordings have since been released by the artists and St. Louis record labels as limited edition cassette tapes.
